Four-hour workshop breakdown
The Opportunity & Discovery
Overview of AI tools and what they mean for small business owners. Introduction to the Build to Fit framework. You'll identify a real workflow problem in your own business and use the Discovery Blueprint to define the outcome and scope a first version of your tool.
Sprint Zero: Build Live
Using the Sprint Zero Prompt Kit, you'll work with AI tools to generate the first working layer of your tool — in real time, in the room. The facilitator guides the group step by step. This is the core of the workshop: two hours of building.
Review & Next Steps
Share your prototype with the group. Get facilitator feedback and identify your next sprint. Leave with resources and a clear pathway for continuing the build after the workshop.
